“I have enjoyed the experience of c25k very much - my husband and I have enjoyed meeting new people, challenging ourselves and ticking the boxes. It is a great way of getting fit as you not only have the support of your trainers but of your fellow runners. It has been great and we are looking forward to more Park Runs in the future”.

“The Harriers team have made it achievable and enjoyable and as a team we have all encouraged each other to meet our goal of completing the 5k Park Run. It has given me the spirit to continue and improve. “9wks ago I couldn’t run up the stairs; I can honestly say I have never,ever done any running before. And I’m 49! Last Saturday I did my 1st 5k Park run. If you knew me you’d realise what an absolutely amazing achievement that was. I am incredibly proud that I turned up every week ; did all my runs in between & watched my fitness & confidence grow. And an added bonus - it’s made me focus on eating healthier. I’ve lost 1 stone in the bargain too! Thank you to Sally & all the friendly mutual support of the whole group. That made all the difference. I know I would never have done it by myself.”
