The Magnificent Eastnor Castle Seven

Race Start 11:00am on Sunday 18th May 2008

After costs a percentage of the profits will go to the Eastnor Church Fund

Starting and finishing at the Deer Park on the Eastnor Castle Estate a hilly and undulating 7-mile rural course over footpaths, tracks and through woodland and culminating in the 'Orrible' climb to the Obelisk. There will be a drink station at approx 4 miles and refreshments at the finish.

How to find Eastnor Castle Deer Park

Race and Entry Details:

• Hilly/Undulating course starting and finishing at the Deer Park, Eastnor Castle Estate, Ledbury.
• Ample parking and toilet facilities.
• Race Limit 350.
• Closing date for postal entries 5th May or when race limit is reached.
• Entries on the day.
• Race Fee: Affiliated £7.00 plus £1.00 on the day
  Unaffiliated £9.00 plus £1.00 on the day
• How to find directions to Eastnor Castle Deer Park
  Approximately 10 mins from Junction 2 M50

Team Prize for the first Men and Womens team home. Four UKA club members required to make up a team.

The race organisers have made an application to the Midland Counties Athletics Association for a race permit. A Risk Assessment of the course will also be available. A First Aid organisation will also be present on the site.
