Herefordshire Winter Cross Country League 2006-07

Ledbury Harriers will again enter the Winter Herefordshire Cross Country League. The season consists of five races starting in October and ending in February. Although it is hoped that the Harriers will also put on an event for this year and make it six races.

Four men are required to make up a mens team and three for the women's team. We would actively encourage more than just the minimum runners to participate in each event.

  This race will incorporate "The County Championships" for veteran, senior and junior men and women. Entries for the championships are separate from the league and subject to the appropriate entry fee. (Applications to Tony Williams or refer to Bruce Butler for further information.).

All races start at 11.00am.
Distances are between 10,000 – 12,000 metres for men and 4,000 – 8,000 metres for women and juniors. Course details and directions to the venues will be supplied by each host club nearer to the event.
