Couch to 5k

Session 8 .. I can’t believe the course is nearly over. I think I can speak for all our leaders in saying what a great group you have been. This week try to get out once or twice and run (walk if needed ) for 40 minutes. Don’t forget to do that soleus stretch after your run.

Next week is graduation Tuesday! We also have a record number of runners who have completed all sessions so far. Congratulations to: Ian, Ann, Hazel, Mel, Debra & Emmi. (if I’ve missed anyone please forgive me!)
