Couch to 5k

Session 2 – fantastic everyone! Thanks to our leaders too! Homework this week…repeats of 1 min 30 secs running, 1 min walking for 25 mins. Group 1 start with 1 min running and if you can do a 1min 30 brilliant – tougher on your own. Group 3 – think you were out for a bit longer.

Tip for the week: Your arms should be bent at a 90-degree angle. Try to swing them forward and back, not across your body. The arm movement helps to propel you forward, so swinging them sideways is a waste of energy.
