I have been told you all did very well last night…despite the heat!

So, homework is same again. Try to do a 30 minute session – if you found the 1 min 30 run tough keep it to 1 minute. For those who found the 2 mins a struggle likewise drop it to 1 min 30.

Tip of the week: Don’t hunch your shoulders                                                      

Your shoulders should be back and down. Keep them relaxed and avoid tensing them. Don’t hunch over as this restricts breathing, allowing less oxygen to get to the muscles.
