Couch to 5K – 14th February –

First of all apologies for posting this late!!

Well done to our Couch to 5k runners. Group 1 ran for 5 mins with a 1 min walk, group 2 – 3 min run with 1 min walk and group 3 – 2.5min with 1 min walk. You all ran for 40 mins. Your homework is to repeat what you did in your group. Remember to run tall!
