Great session last night. Hope you liked the new route. Homework for this week is the same again. Total session was 40 mins for all – either running for 1 min 30, 2 mins or 3 mins. See if you can keep going a bit longer in the second half. We tend to feel a bit better at this stage.
Tip for this week…try to run ‘light on your feet’ – listen while you run…can you hear your feet pounding the streets or the birds?
