Lovely to have Helen sign up for our Autumn course…sorry we missed 3 of you but hope you will all be back next week.

Homework for this week is repeat last nights session…we were aiming at between 2 and 3 minutes run, 1 minute walk for 30 minutes total. Focus on relaxed breathing.
