Group A : between 2 & 5 minutes run, 1 minute walk for total of 40 mins.
Group B: 5 – 7 minutes run, 1 minute walk for 40 mins.
Don’t forget to warm up and cool down. Tip of the week – run lightly on your feet…try not to land too heavily.

Presentation evening Tuesday 19th November…you will be presented with your graduation t shirt, followed by sausage & chips. (veggy option available)
