Couch to 5k

The feedback I got from last night’s session is all good!  Week 6 and a solid improvement from you all…fantastic! Group B ran for 10 minutes without stopping….brilliant. Don’t beat yourselves up if you can’t do this on your own in the week…but have a go..see how long you can keep running in the second half of your run when you are well warmed up. Well done to Sara-Jane who moved into group B. Continuous running on week 6..fantastic! (& I heard you ran 2 mins faster!) Have a go on  your own this week.

A special mention and congrats to Dawn & Kate who have attended every session so far…just 3 to go. Gary & Kate leading next week. Have a great week.
