Couch to 5k

Many of you didn’t believe you could do it…and I have to say we were a bit surprised too. 5km and many did it without stopping and we are only on week 6! Keep doing the homework and you will be rewarded. Try to go out at least once and for at least 20 mins….if you can do 40 all the better.
