Couch to 5k

Well done to all our group tonight…we just missed the rain! Great to see so many of you sticking to the programme….you will reap the rewards.

Homework for this week is 35 mins of 2 mins run, 1 min walk. (group 4 can do 1 min 30 secs run, 1 min walk)

Tip for the week: Running tall….shoulders back, looking ahead 30 or 40 metres.
