Another great session from our runners last night and thank you to Tony, Mark, Denise and Gary for leading. So, tip for the week is ‘running light on your feet’ Listen to your foot plant and if it is noisy try to reduce the noise and focus on lifting your feet rather than stamping.
Homework for this week is 40 mins of 3 mins to 5 mins running (depending on your group) and take 1 min walk. If you feel you need a longer recovery walk give it a go.
