We had a great start to our Autumn Couch to 5k course. All participants completing the 20 minutes of 1 minute run, 1 minute walk around the Rugby field.
Repeat this either once or twice (if you are very keen!). Make sure you get a rest day between runs.
Try to do some of the warm up exercises or failing this do a 5 minute brisk walk before launching into your run. Try some of those static stretches to help with recovery.
