We are sorry to say Ledbury Harriers have had to cancel our last C25k session tomorrow night after recommendations by the government.
Please keep running if you are healthy. Research shows that exercise can help with our immune system and our mental health. Try to keep motivated. None of us have ever experienced anything like this before: one thing after another being cancelled. The goodnews is we are still encouraged to run – keep 2 metres apart and only run if you are healthy!
