What a lovely new C25k group we have! Hopefully, most of you are subscribed to Ledbury Harriers now and receiving our posts.
So you want to try doing 20 minutes of run for 1 minute followed by walk for 1 minute. That is 10 lots of 1 min runs. Do remember to warm up as we did on the course and those cool down stretches at the end.
If you can try this session twice before Tuesday….don’t forget the rest day in between.
