Couch to 5k Session 1

Great turn out for session 1. Well done to you all. Hopefully, you  got the email with the ‘homework’? 20 minutes of 1 minute walk, 1 minute run. Try a 5 minute brisk walk with some of our warm up exercises before you start running and have a go at the cool down stretches to finish.

We suggest you do this session on Thursday, Friday or Saturday so you are rested before next Tuesday. If you fancy going out twice again give yourself a rest day inbetween.
