Couch to 5k – week 3

Well done to everyone¬† – tonight’s session shows you are keeping to the programme. Lovely to hear some of you arranging to meet up during the week for a run together….so much easier.

Homework is a 30 minute run /walk as you did tonight…Gp 1 (3 – 4 mins) running, Gp 2 (2 – 3 mins) running, Gp 3 (1-3mins) running. Try to keep the recovery walk to 1 minute.

Thank you to those who let us know you were unable to attend tonight – hopefully you will get one or two runs in this week. Please contact Jayne (jaynecresswell@btinternet.com) if you can’t make a session from now on as I can’t access my emails.

Please keep Tuesday 24th March free as we are holding our ‘sausage & chip’ evening after the Ledbury Harriers Club (Try us out Run) which we hope you will all attend. Our Park Run date is March 21st. (9am at Newent)
