5k session is 3 lots of 7 mins at 10k pace with 3 mins recovery.
10k session is 4 lots of 7 mins at threshold pace (slightly slower than 10k pace) with 2 mins recovery.
Don’t forget the Hereford Track Training on Saturday , 10.45am meet at the Leisure Centre. All welcome – just turn up. (bring a change of clothing and money for coffee and cake!) ooops and a drink of water.
