5k training – (3’H, 2′ @ 10k ,1′ @ 5k, 4′ E) x 4 or pace increases on each effort of 6 mins with 4 mins recovery.

10k training – (4’H, 3′ @ 10k, 2’E) x 4 or pace increases on each effort of 7 mins with 2 mins recovery.
