5k training 15 by (1 min at 5k pace, 1 min jog/walk)
10k training 15 by (1 min 30 secs at 5k pace, 1 min jog/walk)
For those who have checked out the website you will see I have increased the number of reps. If you are racing at the weekend then only do 12 of the above.
