This weeks session is:

5k training (4 mins at 10k pace, 2 mins at 5k pace) 4 mins recovery – repeat 4 times. ie 6 mins increasing pace times 4

10k training (4 mins at 10k pace, 3 mins at 5k pace) 2 mins recovery – repeat 4 tiimes. ie 7 mins increasing pace 4 times.

If I shift this cough I will be down!
