The programme is now on the website. Please decide whether you want to improve your 5km time or your 10km time and then follow your programme. We do assume you are doing a couple of other runs each week. We don’t recommend you doing a hard session on either Wednesday or Friday as Fun & Fast is hard…..you need to recover.
If you are racing during the programme LISTEN TO YOUR BODY – you can always so a half session if you are tired from racing. This programme is aimed at either the Newent Park Run or the Newent 9.
