This is our last session of the current course.
For our 5k runners the session is 5 mins at 5k pace, 3 mins recovery. Repeat this 4 times.
For those running the Newent 9 on the 18th November – either an easy run or half the same session you did last week. That was 1 min 30 secs at 5k pace, 1 min recovery…total of 6 times if racing at weekend. 12 if not!
Unfortunately, I wont be down this week.
What next? Two weeks off…or own easy running. Then we are offering 3 pre Christmas fun sessions. All welcome…6th, 13th & 20th December. Same venue and same time. Encourage others from your groups to join us.
We will then have 29th December as an easy run and re start a training course on Thursday January 6th…
