Session this week is a pyramid session.
1 min (5k pace) 30 secs E, 3 mins (10k pace) 1 min 30 E, 4 mins (10k pace), 2 mins E, 6 mins(slower than 10k pace) 2 mins easy, and then come back down… 4 mins (10k pace), 2 mins E, 3 mins (10k pace) 1 min 30 E, 1 min (5k pace) followed by a good warm down and stretch.
