6 mins running increasing the pace: 3′ (hard), 2′ harder (10k pace), 1′ fastest (5k pace) then 4 mins recovery walk/jog. Repeat 4 times.

10km session

7 mins running increasing the pace: 4′(hard), 3′ harder (10k pace), 2 mins recovery walk/jog. Repeat 4 times
