If it’s your first time join us at Homebase for the warm up at 6pm or we will be starting the session from Prince Rupert Rd/New Mills Way. (2nd turn on left from Homebase) at 6.15pm.
Session is 5 minutes hard (slightly slower than 10k pace for those that know their 10k pace), 2 minutes recovery. We will do a maximum of 4 of these.
