Fun & Fast – tomorrow 18th July

Session tomorrow is:

4 mins @10k pace, 3 mins @ 5k pace, 4 mins recovery. Repeat 4 times. Basically run for 7 minutes speeding up after the first 4 mins.

I shall be down and looking for a shady route!
