Tomorrows session is made up of 2 minute repetitions:
5km training do 4 by 2 mins at 5k pace followed by 2 mins jog, Full recovery…then repeat ie 4 by 2 mins at 5km, 2 mins jog.
10km training do 12 by 2 mins at 10km pace followed by 1 min jog/walk. (this minute will go very quickly…try not to exceed 1 minute) If you feel daunted by 12 reps do 2 sets of 6 as above.
Probably good to use the small loop.
