We have another great session in store for you tomorrow at 6.15pm
5km training & 10km training do the same session (5km do 4 reps, 10km do 5 reps)
5 mins at 5km pace with 3 mins recovery jog/walk.
If you can’t make 6.15pm you can still do the session. Catherine & I are meeting at Homebase at 8.15am. All welcome.
