Our new 6 week course starts tomorrow. Hope it’s in your diary! I have only put a 10k training programme together as the 5k wasn’t supported well (do let me know if you prefer the 5k)
We are focusing on the Hereford 10k which is one of the Champions League events.
Our session looks complicated but provides variety!: 2 lots of 3 mins with 1 min easy, 3 lots of 1 min 30 secs with 30 secs easy, then 7 mins followed by 2 mins easy. Finally 30 secs fast 30 secs rest 4 times.
