Tonight is a pyramid session… 1 min, 3 min, 4min, 6min then down 4min, 3min 1min. The 1min is at 5k pace then 10k pace for all others except the 6min which will be slower than 10k pace. Recoveries are: 30secs, 1min 30, then 2mins for the 4min, 6min & 4min.
