Sarah C and I did the session at 8.15am…impressed?
One tip …we did the 10k session and I felt it helped by focusing on the last 3 minutes of the 7 minute effort. Let the 4 mins happen (no chatting!) then speed up for the 3 mins. You should do a similar distance to last week.
Similarly, with the 5k session let the 3 mins happen then speed up on the 2 mins then just go for the last 1 minute. Enjoy!
