Lovely to see our new Couch to 5k group starting last night – we ran for a total of 20 mins, running for 1 minute and walking 1 minute. So, have a go at repeating this on Thursday or later in the week. If you choose to go out twice before next Tuesday make sure you have a rest day between runs. You may find it is harder to do this session on your own so don’t worry if you can’t complete the 1 minute run. However, to make the session easier some of the group are meeting up at 6.30pm on Thursday at the Rugby Club – why not join them?
If you can’t remember the warm up exercises start with a brisk 2 to 5 min walk. Remember to have a go at some of the cool down stretches at the end.
