Newsletter 2nd December 2018

Hello Harriers,

Well done to all who ran at the cross country this weekend.

The lead runners for this week are

Gentle Joggers:  Jayne

Easy Runners: Peter

Runners: Chris L

As the nights are now getting darker, it is important that we start using our hi-viz and if you have one a head torch.

Food Bank

Helen K came up with a fantastic idea that on the night of our run on Tuesday 11th December we could all bring some non-perishable food that would be donated to the food bank.

Ragnor White Cliffs

Kate Elkington is getting a team together to run this event.  170 miles over 24 hours.  It will be held over the weekend of September 21 – 22nd.  Anyone interested please speak to Katy.

Christmas Dooo

This is this Saturday – excited!

Downmarket Christmas Do

This will be on Tuesday 18th December after the run.  There will be chips and a quiz, please let Chris L know if you are going to attend.

2019 Champions League

I am putting together the league races for next year and wondered if you had any suggestions.  One of the races will be the Muddy Woody, entries for this sell out very quickly and entries open 1st December.

Committee Posts

It will soon be our annual AGM.  If you are interested in joining our committee please get in touch.  We will definitely be looking for a treasurer and there may be other posts available.
