I hope you have managed to get out running this week. As we are now in Lockdown V2, there will be no club runs until Tuesday 8th December. This follows the Government guidance and that issued by England Athletics. You are able to exercise with members of your own household or support bubble or with one person outside of your household.
So to encourage you out…
The Roy Castle Lung Foundation has issued a Christmas Challenge to draw a snowman on your walking or running routes.
(Thanks to Jo Hartness for pointing this one out)
As it may be a little early for some of you to think about Christmas, it has been suggested that we could have our own ‘Art’ challenge! So it would be great to see your running art – either post it on our Facebook page or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will include them in the newsletters during lock down. (Please keep them clean!)
There is also a virtual orienteering map of Ledbury using the Maprunf app which can be downloaded to your phone. I haven’t done it yet but if you do try it out, let the club know how you got on. Did you get all the points in the allotted hour?
However you keep active in the next few weeks, keep safe and keep in touch.
