3 minutes at 10K pace, 1 minute recovery  – 8 times.

Meet at New Mills and Prince Rupert Road  for 6:30pm

 

The ‘Hill tips and technique session’ will take place as well.

Meet at the Market House for 6:30pm ready for Kate to take you on another hill adventure!
