Ledbury Harriers Virtual Challenge
John O’Groats to Land’s End
Starting Monday 20th April 2020
The record for running the 837 miles from one end of the mainland to the other is 12 days , 11 hours, 6 mins and 7 secs. If we put all our runs together – how long would it take us as a club? Let’s see!
We would like you to tell us how far you have run and how long it took you every time you run over the next couple of weeks. We will add up the times and miles and let you know how far the club has got.
Two ways of doing this. If you are on Facebook, please add a comment under the relevant days post and if you are not on Facebook, please email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the details in the subject heading – JOGLE: the distance run and time taken and date
I hope to plot the mileage on a map so we can see where we are at the end of each day. Could you try and let me have the daily mileage emailed or posted on fb by 8pm so that I can add it up and update our progress.
Please keep within the government guidelines whilst exercising and remember this is just a bit of fun to keep us all running.
