Newsletter 26th June 2022

Hi there

Can’t believe we are almost half-way through the year already!  Hope you have all been enjoying the light evenings.

Tuesday 28th June Run

Tuesday’s run will be on the course for the Summer Cross-Country run which is being held on 27th July.  The course is 2 laps.  Every group will be available on Tuesday, doing either one or two laps  depending on how the group feels.  We will meet in the car park at Weston’s Cider(Much Marcle) at 6:30pm ready for a 6:45pm start.

Tuesday 5th July Run

July’s pub run will take place from The Chase Inn in Colwall.  There is now limited car parking near the pub so please arrange to car share as much as possible and also be prepared to walk to the pub from wherever you find a place for your car.  Again, there will be all groups available to run.  There will also be chips afterwards!!

Cross Country 27th July

We are hosting the final race of the cross country league this year in the Orchards at Weston’s Cider, Much Marcle. It is on Wednesday 27th July.  The race starts at 7:30pm.  We will need at least 15 marshalls to help put on the race.  If you can help, please let me know on Tuesday evening.  If you hold a valid First Aid at Work certificate, we would especially like to hear from you, if you can help out.  We would like to have cakes on offer at the end of the race so if you are able to help provide cakes for the race, that would be good.  If you can let me know about that as well on Tuesday.
