Hi there
First of all ‘Well Done’ to all the racers this weekend and last. Jayne Cresswell, Rachel Bannister and David Bannister went to London to run the marathon. Laura Webb did the London virtual marathon in Hereford. Denise Wright and Lynn Lott ran the Cardiff Half Marathon.
Last weekend, Joy Davidson, Lynn Gardiner and Debra Lloyd ran the Apperley Quarter Marathon which looks like a race we should add to the race calendar for next year.

Hi-vis and head/body torches
As the dark nights are here again, please make sure that you have his-vis and/or a head/body torch for the Tuesday nights runs.
Club Dinner
Please pencil in the 4th November for our annual Club Dinner. More details to follow.
Thursday Evening Runs
There will be a headtorch social run on a Thursday night at Dymock – meet at the Beauchamp Arms at 6:30. There is also an intervals session. Although this is primarily part of the 5k-10k group, everyone is welcome to join us. This weeks session starts at 6:30pm – meet at Prince Rupert Road.
