Fun and Fast Thursday 9th March

This weeks session 1 set of 15 second efforts with 15 second rest x 20 reps. 2 minute break then repeat a 2nd set of 20 reps. Efforts run at approx 1 mile pace and rests double your 1 mile pace. 6pm Prince Rupert Road. Subject to weather. Latest forecast combination of snow and heavy rain tomorrow. If its too bad I’ll send a message tomorrow afternoon to cancel, if you hear nothing then we are going ahead.
