Firstly a couple of apologies.
The newsletter is rather late this month, it seems to have crept up on me.
Secondly, I should have reminded everyone last week that we are running from The Yew Tree in Colwall tomorrow (Tuesday 1st August). Meet at 6.30 to set off at 6.45. There will be chips afterwards. Parking at the pub is limited so please car share if you can.
Summer Cross Country
We hosted the final race of the Summer Cross Country league at Westons Cider on 26th July. Another great success despite the weather on the evening. A big thank you to Neil Grinnell, Dave Bannister and to everyone who helped set up the course and who helped on the evening.

Membership
We now have approximately 75 paid up members, including a number of new members. If you have not yet paid please complete the form and send it to me as soon as possible. Please pay your membership fees by BACS if possible.
WhatsApp Groups
We have a number of WhatsApp groups, including Lead Runners, LDH parkrun group and Hike,Bike,Paddle and Fun (a group for social runs and other non-running activities). If you want to be added to any of the groups please let me know and that can be done.
Upcoming Races
If you are going to do a race please post details on the Facebook page so that we can all see where people are running. It may inspire others to join you.
