Fun and fast 28th

Following on from last week’s experimental format I think we all learned a lot and so this week we’ll stick with the same format but slightly tweak the parameters. We will start with the faster pace of your chosen race pace less 1 min per mile if you work in imperial, 30 sec per km if in metric. Followed by the slower pace at plus 1min per mile or 30 sec per km. These aren’t exact metric/imperial conversions but are close enough for this purpose. 3mins and 3mins x 5 reps.
