Fun and fast is returning tomorrow Thursday 3rd. We will be trialling a new location on the new housing estate. Meet 6pm under the railway arch off Ballard Close. If you are not familiar with the location I have put a what 3 words link below. We will do a warm up together to learn the new route. An easy session to get back in to the swing of it, 30secs at your chosen race pace less 1min per mile (30sec per km) faster, followed by 30secs plus 1min per mile. 20 reps.
