Fun and Fast Thursday 31st. Meet 6pm under the railway arch off Ballard Close. 60secs at your chosen race pace less 1min per mile (30sec per km) faster, followed by 30secs plus 1min per mile. 22 reps. Halloween costumes are not compulsory. Dressing as a spider with a few spare legs does sound helpful though!
