Fun and Fast Thursday 21st

This weeks session we’ll be trialling a slightly different format from normal. 3mins at your selected race pace plus 10s/km (or 15s/mile) followed by 3mins at that pace less 10s/km (or 15s/mile). If you are training for a 5km then use your desired  5km race pace, if a 10k then use your desired 10k pace etc.. If you are coming for fun (!) then try basing it off your Tuesday night pace so that you are running faster, and then slower than you normally would. We will repeat this 5 times. The principle is that we keep moving for the entire session rather than resting between reps keeping the heart rate up. Thursday 6pm Prince Rupert Road.
