For Thursday’s session this week we will head over to Eastnor for some more hills. Meet 6pm by The Woodshed cafe. Park in the outer car park in case they lock they gates. 5mins loops up and down the lower section. 12.5mins of the whole hill, and 7.5mins of the the upper section (this time we will go right up to the private property sign). That should make sense if you came last time, don’t worry if not, it will all be explained to newcomers. Remember head torches.
