I hope everyone is well and back running lots of miles after the Christmas and New Year festivities. There has been a good turnout on Tuesday evenings despite the cold weather.
The club has had quite a busy month.
Couch to 5K
We are already well into this year’s course. 23 people have signed up and I think all those doing the course and all of the leaders are enjoying it. Some of the new runners have been to club runs.
AGM and Annual Dinner
Twenty five of us enjoyed a good meal and each other’s company at the Full Pitcher. The lengthy AGM resulted in the club accounts being approved and the club committee being elected.

Club Kit
Orders for club kit will be closing at the end of January. Thank you to those of you who have ordered and paid. We will get the order off early in February.
If you have not yet ordered a T Shirt or vest but would like one please let me know asap.
Fun and Fast
We meet every Thursday at 6.00. This is usually at Prince Rupert’s Road but on the first Thursday of the month there is often a hill session at Eastnor. Look out for announcements on facebook.
UPCOMING EVENTS
Club Committee Meeting – 1st February
There will be a club committee meeting at Ledbury Rugby Club at 7.45 on 1st February. Everyone is welcome and if you have anything you want discussing please let either Dave Elks or me know so that we can add it to the agenda.
Cross Country – 25th February
The last race of the Herefordshire & Borders Winter Cross Country league takes place on 25th February at Bockleton hosted by Ludlow Runners. Please let Neil know if you are going to be running.
Mag7 – Sunday 17th March
As you are almost certainly aware entries are now open. The canicross event sold out in 48 hours. We have just over 50 entries for the main event. Please push this to all of your running friends.
I am currently responsible for the publicity on facebook and that means it is much less professional than in the last few years so please help by sharing the posts if you are able.
We are also very dependent on club members on the weekend of the event and Chris will be asking for volunteers to marshal, help set up etc, so please keep the date clear.
Finally…
I have been asked to make members aware of charity places that are available for the Hereford 10 mile race on 18th February and the Leominster 5k and 10k races on 29th March for the Be More Frank Charity ( www.bemorefrank.org )
