Thursday nights are training nights! Do you wish you could run faster? Are you looking to improve your PB over 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon and beyond?
Regular effort sessions are essential if you want to improve your running, build strength and resilience to injury, and of course to set new personal bests.
Thursday evening sessions can include drills, intervals, speed play and hill training. We either meet at Ledbury Rugby Club, on New Mills Way in Ledbury or at the Market House in Ledbury depending on the session.
